Combined with the attic truss roof systems, this offered a robust and thermally efficient build solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Design, manufacture, delivery, and onsite support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merronbrook worked closely with Thame Builders throughout the project\u2019s development. Providing early design and technical support, Merronbrook\u2019s in-house design team including Andy Gibson, Technical Director &amp; Corporate Responsibility Lead, reworked the original roof plan to allow for attic trusses and aligned front and rear dormers \u2013 which were not included in the original design. This enhanced usable space adding value while not increasing the cost.<\/p>\n<p>The products were manufactured at Merronbrook\u2019s Hampshire facility and delivered to site in early March 2025. Expert technical support and off-site manufacture means Merronbrook helps contractors and builders achieve rapid construction timelines. With efficient construction and careful coordination, the build achieved completion and quality assurance sign-off by the end of March.<\/p>\n<p>Merronbrook\u2019s Sean Burgess, who leads on-site Quality Assurance, managed the inspection and handover.
