The span tables below provide an approximate sizing guide for easi-joist® metal web joists. These values are intended for initial feasibility assessments only and should not be used as a substitute for full structural design.
Due to variations in timber grade, load conditions, bearing widths, and support configurations, accurate sizing must always be confirmed through our design team.

- Maximum spans assume a minimum 100mm wide support bearing.
- A securely fixed floor deck is required to provide lateral restraint and prevent buckling.
- Web orientation and support placement can influence joist capacity.
- Strongbacks are recommended for all joists spanning over 4m.
